If you cancel the delivery within the 10-minute mark, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the trip between 10 and 30 minutes after placing your order, you will receive a partial refund. Please note that the base fee will not be refunded, as the driver has already made their way to the pickup location by this time.
If you cancel the trip before the driver picks up the delivery, you will be charged the base fee and the amount of time the driver has been driving to the pickup location. The time charge will be based on the hourly rate. In total, you will receive a refund for the loading and unloading fee, and depending on how far the driver has driven, you may receive a partial refund of the delivery fee.
